740 sq. ft. of newly remodeled and decorated modern beach apartment. This 1 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen sleeps 4, but can accommodate 6 if needed. With 1 full bed in the treehouse like bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas you can bring the whole family to enjoy Madison’s beautiful beaches.

Modern amenities like the 50” led smart tv and fast WiFi internet allow you to sync up your Netflix and binge or get some work done during your stay.

In unit washer and dryer allows you to pack light.

Walk or bike to several of Madison’s beaches, downtown, or Hammonasset State Park.

The Upper Deck Carriage House is a one bedroom one bathroom second floor apartment. It is located above our detached 3 car garage. The carriage house has its own long driveway and is private. Apartment is accessed by an exterior staircase.

The neighborhood

Madison is the other half of the stay.

Walk or bike to the beaches, downtown and Hammonasset State Park — these are a few of the places within a few minutes of the door.
